WHAT DOES IT DO?

The HES code ensures that passengers who have been exposed to the disease or have been in contact with patients and who will not be admitted to the flight, before arriving at the airport, to prevent the transmission, spread and slowing of the virus causing the Covid-19 pandemic.

HOW CAN YOU GET THE HES CODE?

Your HES code; Using “Hayat Eve Sığar” mobile application, HES, T.C. You can get your ID number, the last 4 digits of your ID serial number and the number of days that should be valid for your HES code (Example: HES 98765432109 1234 30) by sending an SMS to 2023.

Do not forget! You need to use the HES code at the reservation and ticketing stage for domestic flights.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE HES CODE

The HES code is a must for all passengers, except infant passengers, for domestic flights during the Covid-19 pandemic process by Turkish Airlines.

The HES code is valid on all domestic flights.

HES codes are checked by THY 24 hours before the flight and passengers are informed about their flight. Passengers whose travel has not been approved by the Ministry of Health will not be accepted to the flight.

HES code is valid for a certain period of time. Your HES code must be valid for at least 7 more days from the travel end date, otherwise your reservation will not be confirmed.
